After I place an order what can I expect?
Our orders typically take about 3 weeks to fill and ship. We will contact you if we expect any changes to this timeline and will provide shipping documentation to you as soon as we have it. Our products ship directly to your door.
What do I need to do when the product arrives?
We attempt to keep shipping charges as absolutely low as possible, which provides the maximum value to the customer. Our carrier will ship directly to your shipping address and we recommend that you are available to accept the shipment. It is helpful to have a family member or friend or two available to assist with larger items.
How does my product come shipped?
Our products come in a fully protected shipping containment that is usual and customary for large bulky items. This includes cardboard exterior, padding when necessary, and shrink wrap for smaller parts. Chairs and stools come pre-assembled. Tables come with the legs detached.
Will I need to assemble my product?
Chairs and stools come completely assembled. Tables require the base(s) to be attached. Tables are sent with 8 x 3/8" bolts. A socket or electric drill with a 3/8" socket adapter can be used to attach the bolts. We recommend having 3 people assemble. Unwrap all of the table parts. In one method, a person holds the table on it's side edge, while a second person holds the base in alignment. The third person can easily attach the bolts. The whole process takes 5 minutes or less.
For two people, the table top can also be placed finished-side-down and the legs attached in a vertical manner. We just caution to be careful the surface is soft and non-abrasive if this approach is taken.
What if my product is damaged?
Be sure to inspect the product before the driver leaves. If you notice any damage to the container, inform the driver you are not accepting the product. We will immediately ship you a replacement, or issue a 100% refund if you choose not to receive a replacement. If the driver has left and you still feel that damage occurred during shipping please call us so we can work out a solution.
What if my product is damaged (not caused by shipping)?
We 100% guarantee our products. If your product is damaged and you feel it was not from shipping, or you are otherwise not satisfied with any of your products, we will issue a 100% refund for the product and return shipping.
Do you have a physical store location?
Yes, our storefront is located in Seattle's Sodo district, just south of the Mariner's baseball stadium. You can get directions and hours of operations on our Contact page.
How do I care for my product?
We recommend every month or so to wipe the table top with a generous amount of Orange GLO or Pledge Orange Clean. This helps preserve the full shine and integrity of the product. For the base, do not use any cleaner other than a mild detergent / soap and water, the wipe-down may be performed less frequently.
